About the Role
You will own end to end product delivery and work with engineering to manage backlog priorities refinements and planning. You will write clear product specifications that help teams move quickly and make informed decisions. You will collaborate with design to take features from idea to launch, run user interviews, and turn customer insights into product improvements. You will help shape the roadmap and track delivery progress, identifying risks early, and coordinating with compliance and legal to ship products in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience and a track record of shipping customer facing products
- Fluent in Czech and English
- Ability to learn quickly and become an expert in complex domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using AI as part of daily workflow and actively building systems and prompts
- Nice to have fintech, crypto or other regulated industry experience
- Nice to have experience shipping mobile applications
- Nice to have experience with consumer facing products
Responsibilities
- Drive day to day product delivery with engineering teams, including backlog management, prioritization, refinements and planning
- Write clear product specifications that help teams move quickly and make informed decisions
- Partner closely with design to take features from idea to launch
- Run user interviews and turn customer insights into product improvements
- Help shape the roadmap alongside the Product Lead and company leadership
- Track delivery progress, identify risks early and coordinate across teams to remove blockers
- Work closely with compliance, legal and engineering teams to ship products in a regulated environment
