About the Role

You will own Money Movement—designing and operating the infrastructure that moves fiat, crypto, and stablecoins. You will define roadmap and requirements, design end-to-end payment flows from API to ledger and settlement, work directly with banking partners and PSPs, and collaborate with engineering to deliver production-ready systems. You will improve reconciliation, automate exception handling, work with compliance on BSA/AML and fraud protections, write technical specs and API docs, and analyze transaction data to drive product decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in Product Management
• Experience building API-based products
• Strong understanding of the ACH network
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate to executive management
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
• Ability to write SQL queries and analyze data effectively
• Preferred: Experience building crypto or stablecoin products
• Preferred: Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role
• Preferred: Experience building consumer-facing fintech applications
• Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for Money Movement
• Design payment flows end-to-end from API contract through ledger impact settlement reconciliation and exception handling
• Integrate and onboard banking partners and payment service providers
• Translate product requirements into well-architected production-ready systems with Engineering
• Improve reconciliation processes and automate exception handling with Operations
• Ensure payment flows meet BSA/AML requirements and fraud protections with Compliance and Risk
• Write technical specifications and API documentation for internal and client use
• Analyze transaction data to identify issues and measure flow performance
