About the Role
You will define strategy, design, and deliver API products that enable institutional customers to integrate stablecoin infrastructure into their applications. You will own the API roadmap, design developer-friendly API contracts, create documentation and integration tooling, and build Treasury Portal interfaces for API management. You will collaborate closely with engineering to translate backend services into intuitive APIs, track usage and performance metrics, run post-integration reviews, and iterate on the developer experience to reduce support friction.
Requirements
- 5 years of product experience with at least 3 years designing API payment products
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Product, Business, or related field
- Fluency in English written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure
Responsibilities
- Own the API product roadmap
- Conduct product discovery through developer and Treasury Portal user research
- Design developer-friendly APIs and define API design standards
- Collaborate with engineering to translate backend services into API contracts
- Ensure consistency between API functionality and Treasury Portal interfaces
- Own Treasury Portal API management features including API key management, webhook configuration, sandbox and production controls, monitoring, and permission management
- Own API documentation including reference docs, integration guides, quickstarts, code examples, changelogs, and migration guides
- Build integration tooling and interactive API explorers or demos
- Define and track API product metrics and create dashboards and reports
- Conduct post-integration reviews with developers and Treasury Portal users
- Create sales enablement materials and API product messaging
