About the Role

You will own and scale the global growth funnel end-to-end, improving conversion at every step from acquisition through activation, KYC, funding, usage, and retention. You will design and run continuous experiments, define metrics and dashboards, and build scalable affiliate and referral programs with fraud controls. You will move quickly to unblock growth, partner with regional teams to localize approaches, and collaborate with product teams to unlock major growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ relevant years experience in growth, product growth, or data-driven product roles in consumer finance apps
  • Proven track record owning funnels, conversion, and experimentation at scale
  • Deep experience building or scaling affiliate, referral, or partner growth programs
  • Familiarity with Braze and AppsFlyer
  • Strong analytical skills including metrics, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and A/B testing
  • Experience working in hyper-growth companies
  • Strong product intuition and prioritization
  • Bias to action and high ownership

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth funnel end-to-end, from acquisition to retention
  • Build and scale the affiliate and referral program, including strategy, tooling, incentives, and fraud controls
  • Define metrics, dashboards, and experiments to monitor and improve conversion
  • Run continuous experimentation across onboarding, pricing, incentives, messaging, UX, and features
  • Partner with regional teams to identify local growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and execute high-impact growth initiatives
  • Move fast to remove bottlenecks and unlock growth without compromising trust
