About the Role

The Product Manager will spearhead platform feature development and enhancement, manage products from ideation through post-launch analysis, create product requirement documents, use data to guide decisions, and collaborate with development, testing, design, and operations teams. CARV supports hybrid work from offices in Santa Clara or Bangkok, or remote work with in-person rapid onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably from a top 50 global university
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience managing large-scale consumer products
  • Strong understanding of gaming or AI industries preferred
  • Strong logical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong data analysis capabilities
  • Familiarity with user interaction, UI, and front-end design principles
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Lead planning and design for platform product features
  • Develop comprehensive product requirement documents
  • Analyze user needs and market trends
  • Collect and interpret user data to improve products and retention
