Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

About the Role

You will lead the ongoing development and adoption of an Enterprise product. You will translate vision into an actionable roadmap, engage with engineering on technical decisions, and drive project execution while anticipating and removing roadblocks. You will run continuous discovery, conduct customer and market research, facilitate discovery workshops, document findings, and turn insights into product requirements and milestones. You will gather qualitative and quantitative data to validate or challenge product assumptions and own product documentation and workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment
  • Understanding of blockchain-based technology
  • Knowledge of crypto custody best practices
  • Knowledge of the tokenization lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts
  • Comfort with the pace and scrappiness of a growing startup
  • Prior work on Bitcoin-related products (preferred)
  • Experience with enterprise-focused crypto products and TradFi adoption (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of traditional financial systems, services and products (preferred)
  • Knowledge of commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage and asset management (preferred)
  • Prior knowledge of Liquid (preferred)
  • Languages: Russian and Ukrainian are a plus (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Translate vision into an actionable roadmap and own the product narrative
  • Engage with engineering in technical conversations and align engineering work to product goals
  • Lead project execution, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, coordinate teammates, and communicate goals and status
  • Identify product opportunities and translate them into clear milestones and artefacts aligned with business objectives
  • Support continuous discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, and follow regulatory and market news
  • Conduct customer discovery workshops, document findings, and translate insights into product signals
  • Drive product requirements and own product documentation and workstreams
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to support or challenge product assumptions and feature requests
