About the Role

You will own the UAE product platform and roadmap, building operating and evolving a regulated product that connects UAE-based users to a global investment ecosystem. You will translate regulatory and jurisdictional requirements into product and UX decisions, lead cross-functional delivery across engineering design compliance and growth, and build a compliant investment discovery and referral experience. You will define and track success metrics for acquisition conversion and revenue, own analytics attribution and internal tooling for commercial and regulatory reporting, and ensure data governance auditability and privacy-by-design practices. You will act as the long-term product owner as the platform expands into new capabilities and licenses.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience, ideally in fintech, marketplaces, or regulated platforms
• Demonstrated experience shipping and operating products under regulatory constraints
• Ability to work with compliance and legal partners without slowing delivery
• Product instincts around UX, data, and platform architecture
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces and making high-judgment calls
• Clear written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic speaking (nice to have)
• Experience with financial services regulation (FCA, SEC, FSRA, or similar) (nice to have)
• Familiarity with private markets, investment platforms, or digital assets (nice to have)
• Experience building international or cross-border products (nice to have)
