About the Role
You will align and harmonize product roadmaps across OTC, Market Making and DeFi desks to deliver a unified institutional client experience. You will partner with Risk and Quant teams to define cross-asset margining and collateral logic. You will manage IT demand and prioritize initiatives with the highest firm-wide ROI. You will translate market and client insights into a multi-year strategic product roadmap. You will convert global crypto regulations into embedded product features and influence desk heads to adopt unified, modular system architectures.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management with significant experience in Capital Markets or Institutional Digital Assets
- Proven ability to speak trader concepts (alpha Greeks liquidity) and developer concepts (API latency smart contract) fluently
- Deep understanding of on-chain mechanics including staking AMM and MEV
- Exceptional stakeholder management and diplomatic leadership with Desk Heads
- Experience transitioning fragmented desk specific systems toward modular unified architectures
- Ability to operate in high velocity environments with entrepreneurial drive
