About the Role

You will own and scale account-linking and authentication infrastructure that connects user wallets, exchanges, and financial accounts. You will define strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and drive execution across product, engineering, compliance, security, and partner operations. You will ensure authentication and linking systems are reliable, secure, developer-friendly, and optimized for conversion; run market research and competitive analysis; set and track product metrics; write technical documentation; integrate and test APIs; and use data (including SQL) to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years experience in Product Management
  • Strong background building products, APIs, and tooling for open-banking-like products
  • Strong background in payments and identity-related products
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to write SQL queries and analyze data
  • Experience testing, integrating with, and interpreting APIs
  • Open banking experience
  • Preferred: experience building crypto or stablecoin products
  • Preferred: experience building consumer-facing fintech applications

Responsibilities

  • Own the Auth product roadmap
  • Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle from conception through launch
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Gather and analyze customer and product feedback
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops
  • Set and track product performance metrics
  • Write internal and external technical documentation
  • Analyze product performance and iterate for improvement
  • Use data to inform product decisions
