About the Role

You will run Frame as a general manager, owning the product, growth, and business end-to-end. You will set the roadmap, talk to customers daily, and drive product-market fit. You will work with engineers to improve AI agent quality, reduce human-in-the-loop dependency, and prevent hallucinations. You will hire and scale the team, set operating cadence, and own the Frame P&L, metrics, pricing, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Founder or early employee at a startup with hands-on product and growth experience
• Demonstrated 0→1 and 1→n product execution
• People leadership across functions including engineering and operations
• Proven business ownership with revenue, growth, or P&L responsibility
• High agency, low ego, and a builder mindset
• Strong fluency with AI tools and AI product development

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and drive product-market fit
• Talk to customers daily and incorporate feedback
• Manage and scale a small cross-functional team
• Set operating cadence, culture, and accountability
• Own customer acquisition strategy and growth motions
• Define and own pricing and packaging
• Collaborate with engineers to improve AI agent quality
• Reduce human-in-the-loop dependency for the AI agent
• Prevent hallucinations in AI-driven financial advice
• Own the P&L, set goals, track metrics, and report outcomes
• Own NPS, retention, and support quality
