About the Role
You will lead cross-functional programs for AI networking infrastructure, optical connectivity, and hyperscale data-center technologies. You will manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, suppliers, qualification, production readiness, deployment, reporting, issue resolution, and process improvements across engineering and operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or engineering leadership in networking, optical connectivity, or data-center infrastructure
- Understanding of AI and hyperscale data-center networking technologies
- Experience with high-speed optical interconnect technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional programs across hardware, software, networking, operations, and suppliers
- Experience managing external supplier relationships and technical roadmap alignment
- Experience coordinating lifecycle activities from architecture through deployment
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in technical infrastructure environments
Responsibilities
- Lead network infrastructure programs from concept through deployment and operational readiness
- Coordinate execution across networking, optical connectivity, hardware, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers
- Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
- Partner on development and deployment of high-speed network solutions
- Manage supplier engagement and roadmap alignment
- Coordinate qualification, validation, and production readiness
- Support deployment and scaling of AI data-center networking infrastructure
- Align technology roadmaps with scalability, supply chain, quality, and cost objectives
- Drive issue escalation and cross-functional resolution
- Improve networking deployment processes and program execution
