About the Role
You will independently plan, author, and deliver submission-ready documents for clinical-stage programs and IND submissions. You will lead cross-functional document development, represent medical writing on study teams, support scientific conference materials, improve writing processes and workflows, and evaluate AI-enabled writing tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science or health-related field
- 10 years of relevant medical writing experience
- Experience with IND submissions and clinical-stage program documents
- Scientific writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Microsoft Word
- Understanding of FDA and EMA regulations and ICH guidelines
Responsibilities
- Plan, author, and deliver submission-ready documents
- Lead cross-departmental document development
- Represent medical writing on cross-functional study teams
- Support abstracts, posters, and scientific conference presentations
- Establish and refine medical writing processes, templates, and standards
- Implement and manage document workflows and timelines
- Evaluate and integrate AI-enabled writing tools
