About the Role

You will own and distribute the preventative-maintenance schedule for robotic welding systems, perform maintenance and repairs, train Fleet Techs, analyze maintenance data, communicate technical risks, and work with engineering to improve procedures and system reliability.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining or repairing industrial, robotic, or automation equipment
• Ability to build, track, and prioritize recurring schedules across sites and technicians
• Technical training, Trade School certification, Associate degree in Engineering Tech, or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and trends
• Experience or interest in training and supporting junior technicians
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and distribute the preventative maintenance schedule
• Assign tasks to Fleet Techs and maintain a 90%+ PM completion rate
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs
• Train, onboard, and mentor new Fleet Techs
• Submit Engineering Change Requests and partner on hardware improvements
• Record and analyze maintenance data
• Communicate PM status, schedule changes, and technical risks
• Refine preventative maintenance procedures and documentation with engineering
