About the Role
You will serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise prospects and customers during pre-sales. You will discover technical needs, design cloud architectures, lead workshops and proofs of concept, support migrations, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture
- Experience with public cloud solutions and migrations
- Knowledge of container orchestration, infrastructure as code, or Linux systems
- Understanding of application, server, and datacenter architectures
- Swedish and English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact during pre-sales
- Understand customer needs and design cloud architectures
- Support customers through discovery and migration
- Conduct technical discovery and propose custom solutions
- Lead technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Maintain knowledge of cloud offerings
- Improve pre-sales tools and processes
- Represent the organization at industry events and webinars
- Improve pre-sales documentation
