About the Role
Own and scale Wave's people programs, including cohort management, the intern lifecycle, employee assignments, and continuous program improvement based on feedback and data.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HRBP, project management, or recruiting, ideally with project or program exposure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage senior leadership.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization, structure, and follow-through.
- Comfort with ambiguity and judgment calls.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Based in one of Wave's operating markets.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end cohort management for the Cross-Departmental Rotation Program.
- Manage applications, interviews, onboarding, check-ins, evaluations, and outcomes.
- Own the Undergraduate Internship Program from hiring through offboarding.
- Support short- and long-term assignments, including deployment logistics and check-ins.
- Improve program design, maintain guidelines, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders, Employer Branding, and Talent to amplify programs.
