Bnext Electronic Issuer, E.D.E., S.L. is a Madrid-based Spanish electronic money institution supervised by the Banco de España under registration number 6717. Its current activity focuses on enabling companies and institutions to launch branded payment products through modular infrastructure for cards, payment accounts, Spanish IBANs, SEPA transfers, mobile payments, APIs, AML/KYC, back-office operations, and customer support. The entity continues operating B2B programs such as Correos Prepago and Íkualo, while its former consumer Bnext account and card service closed in April 2026.

About the Role
You will support People operations across employee administration, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, labor compliance, and employee inquiries. You will maintain HR systems, documentation, access, equipment, and corporate licenses; coordinate occupational risk prevention activities; improve operational processes; and oversee the office, assets, purchases, and external providers.
Requirements
- Have at least two years of experience in People Operations or a similar role
- Have experience in personnel administration and employee lifecycle management
- Have experience in personnel administration and payroll, preferably with an external payroll provider
- Know Spanish labor legislation
- Have experience with HRIS tools; Kenjo experience is preferred
- Have experience managing benefits and flexible compensation
- Know occupational risk prevention and People compliance practices
- Use digital tools effectively and learn new systems
- Have sufficient English proficiency for a professional environment
- FUNDAE experience is preferred
- Manage confidential information with discretion and responsibility
- Demonstrate organization, autonomy, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee administrative lifecycle, including contracts, employment documents, registrations, terminations, and legal records
- Coordinate monthly payroll management and review with the external payroll provider
- Manage payroll incidents, temporary disabilities, absences, and garnishments
- Support requests and procedures involving labor authorities and Social Security agencies
- Answer employee questions and resolve issues related to People processes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, access, and equipment
- Support employee experience initiatives, internal organization, activities, and cultural events
- Administer People tools such as Kenjo, Payflow, Wellhub, and Slack
- Manage corporate benefits, flexible compensation, and provider relationships
- Support compliance with timekeeping, salary register, occupational risk prevention, and other employment obligations
- Coordinate medical examinations and the annual occupational risk prevention plan with external providers
- Contribute to People compliance and process improvement projects
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, security, property matters, and provider relationships
- Manage office assets, equipment, materials, purchases, assignments, deliveries, and returns
- Manage corporate licenses and tools required by employees
