About the Role

You will plan and execute reward programs, implement compensation initiatives under global guidelines, and manage annual compensation reviews, variable pay, retention cases, and reward grievances. You will analyze pay ranges and market trends, design communication materials, administer recognition programs, optimize total rewards, and advise managers on compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have three to five years of experience in a rewards or compensation-related role, preferably within financial services.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, market research, and benchmarking techniques.
  • Possess a strong understanding of compensation planning, benefit design, and recognition management.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Think strategically and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Use HR information systems and data analysis tools proficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of reward programs.
  • Oversee the local implementation of group compensation initiatives.
  • Design compensation programs and policies while optimizing budget utilization.
  • Manage annual compensation reviews, variable pay, sign-on awards, retention cases, and reward grievances.
  • Monitor internal pay ranges and analyze competitive market trends.
  • Advise on salary movements, compensation, and grade fitment for hires and internal moves.
  • Design training, education, and communication materials for compensation programs.
  • Design and administer employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Develop financial-awareness and employee-choice initiatives with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Analyze and optimize total rewards offerings with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor compensation, benefits, and recognition trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Advise managers on compensation planning, performance-based rewards, and employee benefits.
