About the Role
You will own and refine global compensation philosophy across pay equity incentives benefits and job architecture. You will design leveling frameworks compensation bands equity programs review cycles governance processes and AI-enabled workflows. You will advise senior leaders and partner with Operations Legal and Finance on complex compensation decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
- Experience in high-growth technology companies operating across multiple countries is beneficial
- Ownership of equity programs
- Experience building scalable compensation systems
- Experience designing and evolving job architectures and leveling systems
- Experience in fast-scaling ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- High ownership
Responsibilities
- Own and refine global compensation philosophy
- Align pay equity and incentives with attraction retention and performance
- Design job architecture leveling frameworks and compensation bands
- Own equity philosophy structure and grant strategy
- Assist annual compensation reviews
- Design off-cycle governance and decision frameworks
- Build calibration tooling and introduce AI-enabled workflows
