About the Role
You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Operations roles from intake and role scoping through offer and close. You will partner with hiring leaders to refine requirements and hiring priorities, run complex searches, develop sourcing campaigns, maintain strong candidate communication, and improve recruiting systems and processes.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting for operations corporate functions or cross-functional business roles
- Approximately 3+ years of recruiting experience is beneficial
- Ability to manage complex multi-role hiring across global regions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic and scrappy approach to recruiting challenges
- Ability to collaborate across time zones
- Experience recruiting globally or in high-growth startups is beneficial
- Experience tracking and improving recruiting metrics is beneficial
