About the Role
You will coordinate HR operations across onboarding, HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. You will manage Workday transactions, support payroll and benefit administration, maintain accurate records, conduct checks, coordinate audits, and improve administrative workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with Workday or another major HRIS is preferable
- Process improvement experience
- Ability to communicate across management levels, functions, and regions
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and predictable availability
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR administration and employee processes
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and benefit enrollments
- Serve as the first contact for HR queries
- Improve HRIS processes and automation
- Manage employment verification and right to work checks
- Support monthly EMEA payroll processing
- Maintain Workday onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer benefits and vendor communications
- Reconcile benefits invoices and maintain data integrity
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions and audits
- Maintain employee handbooks and policy updates
- Draft HR documents and coordinate projects
