About the Role
You will design and rebuild organizational structures for an IPO and future growth. You will define departmental responsibilities optimize staffing plans support long term hiring and organizational strategy develop and mentor managers and translate executive strategies into practical management processes. You will also improve evaluation and compensation operations identify organizational issues and report data based recommendations to executives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing strategy and workforce plans in a startup or venture company
- Experience designing and operating organizational charts
- Practical experience in HR recruitment labor and training
- Experience designing and operating HR systems
- Experience managing direct reports
- Experience negotiating with executives
- Experience as a COO CHRO business development leader or founder
- Experience as an HR leader in a FinTech startup
- Experience as an HR manager in a startup
- Experience supporting IPO preparation or governance strengthening
- Understanding of FinTech IT or Web3
- Experience in recruitment branding or public relations
- Business English ability
- Knowledge of labor and organizational structures suitable for IPO preparation
- Knowledge of or interest in FinTech Web3 blockchain or regulated new businesses
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing startup conditions
Responsibilities
- Design and rebuild the organizational structure for an IPO
- Create a long term organizational blueprint for growth
- Define departmental responsibilities and propose optimal staffing
- Support long term hiring plans and organizational strategy
- Develop and mentor managers and potential managers
- Translate executive thinking and business strategy to managers
- Conduct one on one meetings and mentoring
- Establish systems for goal setting progress management and employee development
- Support the implementation of evaluation and compensation systems
- Identify operational issues and improve existing evaluation systems
- Build processes that fairly evaluate results and improve motivation
- Advise executives on organizational and HR issues
- Identify organizational issues using quantitative and logical data
- Report organizational issues and improvement proposals to executives
- Create a proposed new organizational chart and workforce plan
- Build and deliver manager development or mentoring programs
- Report progress on organizational issues in regular meetings
