About the Role
You will own and improve People systems, data, workflows, and integrations. You will design scalable operational infrastructure, lead benefits administration, manage compliance controls, maintain policies and the employee handbook, and partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, Recruiting, and vendors. You will use reporting and operational data to improve programs.

Responsibilities
- Own and improve People systems and operational infrastructure
- Design scalable tracking, playbooks, checklists, documentation, and ownership models
- Lead benefits operations and administration
- Build and manage compliance infrastructure
- Develop and maintain employee policies and the handbook
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, Recruiting, and vendors
- Build reporting, controls, and processes using operational data
- Support high-priority People and business projects
