About the Role
You will lead People Operations, oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and complex operational escalations. You will manage the PEO relationship and benefits strategy, deliver compensation programs and cycles, maintain compensation benchmarking, and partner on offers and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of People Operations or relevant experience
- Benefits and compensation program experience
- AI and automation implementation experience

Responsibilities
- Lead the People Operations team
- Implement AI-driven People Operations solutions
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Resolve complex operational, benefits, and compensation issues
- Manage the PEO relationship and operational compliance
- Lead benefits strategy
- Deliver compensation programs and cyclical compensation events
- Develop and maintain compensation benchmarking and structure
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting on offers
- Build AI-driven tools for process and information sharing
