About the Role
You will manage sourcing and recruitment across the full candidate journey. You will advise leaders on recruitment decisions, improve candidate experiences, and use digital tools and analytics to accelerate and optimize recruiting processes.
Requirements
- At least two years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge of modern talent acquisition
- Interest in AI, automation, digitization, social media, and new technologies
- Experience with agile working methods
- Excellent German language skills
- French language skills are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and recruitment across the end-to-end candidate journey
- Advise leaders on recruitment matters, including role clarification, selection, and interview design
- Ensure an efficient, experience-focused candidate journey and identify improvements
- Use digital solutions and analytics to accelerate and improve recruiting processes
