About the Role
You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing strategy through close, for AI research and engineering roles. You will build interview processes, recruiting campaigns, talent pools, and recruiting automation. You will partner with hiring managers, create an excellent candidate experience, develop employer-brand initiatives, and organize and attend relevant events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience supporting technical, AI, or research teams
- Experience hiring frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers
- Technical aptitude to evaluate software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning qualifications
- Knowledge of current AI technologies and research communities
- Experience building recruiting automation, sourcing analytics, or AI-assisted recruiting workflows
- Existing network in the New York City technical and research community
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing strategy through close
- Design and run interview processes, recruiting campaigns, and long-term talent pools
- Partner with research and engineering leaders on hiring needs, team matching, and qualifications
- Engage and close frontier AI researchers, technical staff, and engineers
- Maintain a strong candidate experience and support candidate closing
- Use AI agents for sourcing, outreach, scheduling, note-taking, and feedback collection
- Build employer-brand initiatives in technical, research, and science communities
- Organize and attend talent events
