About the Role
Lead People and Culture operations across recruitment, performance management, compensation, labor relations, payroll, employee lifecycle processes, AI workflow automation, HRIS security, general affairs, organizational systems, and PR.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR/GA experience
- Experience leading or managing a team
- Practical use of AI tools and willingness to learn new tools
- Practical knowledge of labor laws and experience handling labor issues
- Strong communication skills for building trust between management and employees
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-tool-based automation of People team workflows
- Maintain and secure the HRIS
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation, labor relations, payroll, and employee lifecycle operations
- Improve performance, feedback, and organizational systems
- Apply labor-law changes, revise work rules, and address labor issues
- Manage IT assets, inventory, employee benefits, and general-affairs budgets
- Foster organization-wide AI transformation culture
- Connect leadership direction with employee communication
- Write press releases and monitor industry trends
- Operate the official LinkedIn channel and targeted advertising campaigns
