Requirements

  • At least two years of professional experience.
  • Near-native English proficiency and native-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Extensive stakeholder-facing experience in sales, HR, business planning, corporate functions, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks and organizing logistics, including project management.
  • Experience facilitating events and exceptionally strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work confidently with senior international stakeholders.
  • Integrity, openness, transparency, hospitality, initiative, and strong execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct English interviews with senior overseas engineering and business candidates.
  • Lead candidate attraction, candidate experience design, and closing.
  • Coordinate offices with major partner companies such as SBI.
  • Represent the company at external events as a coordinator and facilitator.
  • Manage flights, accommodation, local arrangements, and operations for company workations.
  • Conduct internal surveys and support labor administration.
  • Provide back-office and PR support as needed.

Hiring Process
