Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience.
- Near-native English proficiency and native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Extensive stakeholder-facing experience in sales, HR, business planning, corporate functions, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks and organizing logistics, including project management.
- Experience facilitating events and exceptionally strong communication skills.
- Ability to work confidently with senior international stakeholders.
- Integrity, openness, transparency, hospitality, initiative, and strong execution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct English interviews with senior overseas engineering and business candidates.
- Lead candidate attraction, candidate experience design, and closing.
- Coordinate offices with major partner companies such as SBI.
- Represent the company at external events as a coordinator and facilitator.
- Manage flights, accommodation, local arrangements, and operations for company workations.
- Conduct internal surveys and support labor administration.
- Provide back-office and PR support as needed.
