About the Role
You will perform monthly payroll controls, manage payroll-vendor delivery and issue resolution, and support employees and stakeholders. You will help with payroll audits, SOX compliance, account reconciliations, and process-improvement initiatives that strengthen controls and reduce operational risk.
Requirements
- EMEA payroll experience
- Knowledge of employment and withholding taxes, tax filings, policies, and regulations
- Knowledge of compensation accounting and internal controls
- Vendor management, stakeholder management, and client service capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly payroll controls for assigned countries
- Manage payroll-vendor service delivery, issue resolution, performance reviews, and operational improvements
- Support employees and internal stakeholders on payroll processes and timelines
- Support payroll audits and SOX control compliance
- Partner on payroll account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen controls, streamline processes, and reduce operational risk
