About the Role
You will run payroll across U.S. entities and states for salaried, hourly, and multi-site workforces. You will own payroll close, including reconciliations, accruals, and general-ledger tie-outs. You will handle state registrations, filings, and notices, and automate time, benefits, and equity-data inputs.
Requirements
- Experience running multi-state payroll end to end
- Experience establishing payroll in new states, including registration and first filing
- Payroll reconciliation expertise
- Experience resolving agency notices
- Ability to partner with People and Finance while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with Rippling or an equivalent payroll platform
- Experience with hourly and shift workforces
- Knowledge of equity payroll events
- Experience with payroll general-ledger automation
