About the Role

You will support global month-end close, prepare reconciliations and supporting documentation, review expenses, and help implement close-management software. You will manage cash application, improve collections processes, coordinate payroll reviews and audits, and improve finance tooling and processes using AI.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of accounting experience across public and private companies
• Proficiency in US GAAP
• Ability to identify improvements and build solutions using AI
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and scale the accounting function
• Process design, automation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support global month-end close procedures
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting documentation for cash, prepaids, fixed assets, payroll, and accruals
• Help implement close-management software
• Review expenses for accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with FP&A on monthly reporting and period-over-period analysis
• Review vendor bills, corporate credit cards, and employee reimbursements
• Manage daily cash application and monitor global balances
• Build automated collections processes
• Coordinate payroll journal-entry reviews and payroll-tax payments
• Coordinate external audit requests
• Enhance finance technology and develop an AI-first approach
