About the Role
You will own fraud and chargeback risk, set risk strategy and controls, and keep chargeback ratios within card-scheme thresholds. You will manage payment providers, negotiate and launch partnerships, design routing and cascading strategies, and establish risk processes across Support, Moderation, and Engineering.

- 5+ years in payments with ownership of fraud or risk outcomes

Responsibilities
- Own fraud and chargeback risk end to end
- Set risk strategy, loss targets, and controls for buyers and creators
- Keep chargeback ratios within card-scheme thresholds
- Decide on reserves and payout holds
- Manage the payment-provider portfolio
- Negotiate commercial terms and lead provider launches
- Design payment-routing and cascading strategies
- Build risk processes, roles, and escalation paths
- Act as the risk and payments counterpart for providers, acquirers, and card schemes
