About the Role
You will develop, implement, administer, and maintain finance systems, with a focus on NetSuite, Zuora, and related applications. You will drive AI-enabled automation, configure customizations, support users, manage access controls and releases, troubleshoot issues, maintain system integrity, and onboard business units onto billing and quote-to-cash systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of finance systems administration, configuration, and third-party integration experience, focused on NetSuite and Zuora.
- Experience with roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, SuiteScripts, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Proficiency in SQL, CSV imports, user provisioning, role definitions, analytics, JavaScript, and script scheduling.
- Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, database management, revenue recognition, financial reporting, O2C, P2P, hire-to-retire, and access management.
- Experience in project management, system implementation, and integrations.
- Ability to integrate AI tools and develop AI skills such as prompt and context engineering.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies for accounting processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain finance-system configurations and customizations.
- Partner with stakeholders on data analysis, process mapping, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain system access and segregation-of-duties compliance.
- Provide technical support and training for finance users.
- Monitor system usage and performance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for data integrity, system integrity, and security.
- Manage change management and releases for NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe, and other finance applications.
- Support onboarding onto Suite Billing, Zuora Billing, and quote-to-cash systems.
