About the Role

You will own the finance systems stack across multiple legal entities. You will administer NetSuite, manage integrations with finance and people systems, lead new-system implementations, and build AI-enabled automations. You will also advise on pricing, new geographies, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Administer a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance, including SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases.
• Own an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end.
• Understand Stripe-to-ERP and revenue-recognition data flows.
• Build reconciled and monitored integrations using iPaaS or code.
• Use SQL.
• Understand R2R, P2P, O2C, and related controls.
• Use AI tools and workflow automation.
• Experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome, usage-based billing, Deel, HiBob, n8n, dbt, BigQuery, SOX, or ITGC work is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite, including multi-subsidiary setup, workflows, releases, roles, and segregation of duties.
• Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, NetSuite, and the data warehouse.
• Lead selection and rollout of finance systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration.
• Set up finance systems for each new legal entity.
• Build AI agents and automations for accounting workflows.
• Advise on finance systems for pricing models, new geographies, and audit readiness.
