About the Role
You will serve as the functional lead for Workday Financials. You will design financial data models and dimensional structures, develop Prism Analytics and Accounting Center solutions, gather finance requirements, build reporting capabilities, support implementation activities, and improve financial-system processes and automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of finance systems, ERP implementation, or business systems analysis experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Expertise in Workday Financial Data Model configuration
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
- ERP implementation lifecycle experience
- Knowledge of general ledger, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and management reporting
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Analysis and problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Financials configuration decisions and validate designs
- Design and configure the Financial Data Model, Chart of Accounts, Worktags, hierarchies, and Accounting Books
- Develop Prism Analytics and Accounting Center solutions
- Gather finance requirements and build reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Participate in implementation workshops and manage defects and data-quality issues
- Align financial configuration with integrations, security, controls, and service levels
- Drive Workday platform expansion, adoption, process improvement, and automation
