About the Role
You will take partnerships from signed agreement through go-live, coordinating implementation with internal and external stakeholders. You will drive partner activation, analyse performance and growth opportunities, create proposals and pitch decks, deliver partner reporting, and use AI tools to automate lower-value processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a fast-paced analytical role in investment banking, consulting, a fund, a placement agent, private wealth, or a scaling fintech
- Understanding of private equity and fund management concepts
- Numeracy and presentation development skills
- Reliable execution, prioritisation, and risk escalation
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows
- Partnerships growth ambition
- Ability to manage competing internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own partnership launches from signed agreement to go-live
- Manage implementation plans and engage internal and external stakeholders
- Drive partner registrations and investments
- Identify underperforming partnerships and develop activation plans
- Build pitch decks and proposals for new business
- Deliver partner performance reporting and identify growth opportunities
- Use AI tools to automate processes and reduce manual work
