About the Role
You will build and run a train-the-trainer program for intermediaries supporting nonprofit adoption of Claude. You will create learning materials, qualifications, credentials, quality gates, and program metrics, deliver early cohorts, and keep enablement content current.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enablement, training, or program management experience
- Experience building and running train-the-trainer programs
- Experience designing and delivering adult learning experiences
- Experience with nonprofit intermediaries and adoption
- Proficiency with Claude or other AI tools
Responsibilities
- Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program
- Build activation playbooks and workshop modules
- Recruit and qualify pilot intermediaries
- Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries
- Create peer-learning structures for intermediaries
- Support enablement strategy for Claude Corps
- Maintain quality through teach-back gates, mock sessions, and shadowing
- Manage content refreshes, learning management system courses, and assessments
- Track trainer, activation, workshop, effort, and quality metrics
- Bring intermediary feedback into enablement content and product feedback
