About the Role

You will maintain subsidiary records, corporate books, and entity-management databases. You will manage corporate filings and legal documents, support corporate governance and compliance work, respond to cross-functional legal requests, and provide departmental support to help deliver timely legal services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in-house or at a corporate law firm
• Knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes
• Organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update subsidiary records, corporate books, and entity-management databases
• Support corporate governance and compliance activities
• Manage documents, routine corporate filings, and related administrative tasks
• Support Finance, Tax, Sales, HR, Payroll, and Benefits with corporate legal requests
• Provide departmental support for timely, high-quality legal services
