About the Role
You will help named customers adopt workflows, realize value, and achieve measurable outcomes. You will develop mutual success plans, lead use-case consultations, identify expansion and renewal opportunities, coordinate complex implementation needs, and help customers build durable systems and workflows.

Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named customer accounts
- Manage renewal and expansion pipeline and proactively support product adoption
- Partner on renewal and expansion strategy for shared accounts
- Define and maintain mutual success plans and demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders
- Facilitate use-case consultations and identify workflow opportunities
- Engage Services for complex or technical implementation needs and support delivery
- Learn the product and AI ecosystem to help customers build durable workflows
- Build and deliver customer outcome programs
