About the Role
You will help named customers turn their goals into working Notion systems. You will drive workflow adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion; co-design workflows; manage customer success plans; and work with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
- Customer-facing discovery and workflow-mapping skills
- Technical fluency in configuring and troubleshooting software with customers
- Commercial awareness of renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Program and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and a second European language
Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy
- Own renewal opportunities for flat and at-risk customers
- Design and deploy workflows that solve customer business problems
- Manage customer success plans, objectives, and measurable value
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities
- Develop product and AI ecosystem fluency
- Improve Outcomes Architect programs to retain and grow customers
