About the Role
You will help named customers turn AI ambitions into working Notion systems. You will drive adoption and value realization, manage renewals and expansion, define success plans, facilitate use-case consultations, identify implementation needs, and partner with Solutions Consultants and Services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
- Fluency in Russian
- Customer-facing discovery and workflow-mapping skills
- Technical fluency in configuring and troubleshooting Notion workspaces and workflows
- Commercial awareness of renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption
- Program and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts
- Build predictable renewal and expansion pipeline
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy
- Own commercial opportunities for flat and at-risk renewals
- Define and maintain mutual success plans
- Facilitate use-case consultations and identify workflow opportunities
- Identify complex implementation needs and coordinate with Services
- Develop product and AI ecosystem fluency
- Build and deliver Outcomes Architect programs
