About the Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by combining financial markets expertise, sales acumen, and deep digital-assets knowledge. Support OTC growth and work closely with business development teams in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a previous crypto OTC sales or broking role, including execution and pricing.
• Exceptional understanding of cryptocurrency markets, projects, assets, trends, and narratives.
• A well-established OTC client network including foundations, HNWIs, funds, and family offices.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in client-facing and business development roles.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow the firm's OTC operations alongside an international team.
• Provide client coverage and handle ongoing business development responsibilities.
• Leverage cryptocurrency market and trend knowledge to provide clients with actionable insights.
• Work with local and global colleagues to ensure smooth OTC operations and consistent client coverage.
• Collaborate with business development to shape and execute the OTC sales strategy.
• Use internal market research and commentary to enhance client engagement and generate market insights.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
