About the Role

You will operate humanoid robots in controlled lab and residential-style environments and support AI data-generation workflows. You will follow operating procedures, collect and annotate data, document issues, prepare equipment and environments, and improve operating procedures and tools while maintaining safety and data integrity.

Requirements

• Ability to follow structured procedures precisely and consistently
• Ability to work in virtual reality environments and perform physically active tasks
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear operational equipment weighing up to 30 pounds
• Height between 5 feet 5 inches and 6 feet to safely operate required virtual reality equipment

Responsibilities

• Execute robot operation and data-collection workflows according to established procedures
• Produce annotations and issue reports for AI model training
• Keep robots, equipment, and collection environments ready for scheduled sessions
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and improve procedures, tools, and operations
• Support safe robot sessions in lab and residential environments
• Annotate collected data using internal tools
