About the Role
You will identify training needs, translate and improve training materials, facilitate in-person and remote training, visit agents, support regional rollouts, administer training channels, evaluate training effectiveness, and transition agent training from face-to-face to digital delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- Good command of local languages
- At least 5 years of relevant experience managing training or an agent network
- Experience in learning and development, teaching, or training administration
- Proficiency in group training, presentations, and public speaking
- Ability to analyze data to measure training ROI and identify operational gaps
- Experience facilitating group learning events
- Ability to work in the field and interact with agents
- Experience building and leading teams
- Proficiency in digital training tools, Google Sheets, and Slack
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational execution
- Determine training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness
- Lead translation of training content
- Use observations and data to improve training materials
- Assist with training audio and video recording
- Deliver individual, site-based, and remote training sessions
- Perform agent visits and address action items
- Coordinate training for regional rollouts
- Administer training for assigned regions
- Evaluate and report training program effectiveness
- Gather trainee feedback
- Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement standards
- Transition agent training from face-to-face to digital delivery
