About the Role
You will process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across managed funds, equities, and fixed-interest products. You will source market information, reconcile holdings, maintain ledgers, manage compliance requirements, improve processes, test releases, report operational performance, and support staff development.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- At least six years of operations experience
- At least three years of corporate actions or income-process experience

Responsibilities
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
- Allocate coupon and dividend income
- Source corporate-action information from market sources
- Liaise with client relationship and support functions
- Maintain and clear stock and cash ledger control accounts
- Reconcile client and agent holdings
- Develop system enhancements with IT
- Improve processes and maintain procedures
