About the Role
You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and own high-impact projects and verticals from end to end. You will build and implement scalable processes, assure product and infrastructure quality, and streamline partner onboarding and sales workflows. You will execute compliance controls without sacrificing user experience, conduct market research and opportunity scoping, support launches of new rails and payment methods, build and run communications and acquisition strategies, and assist with customer support and client success. You will collaborate with leadership on priority projects and adapt to shifting operational needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, banking or similar
- Interest in crypto payments / stablecoins / cross-border finance
- Data analysis skills (advanced Excel, intermediate SQL)
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
- Fluency in English and Spanish
