Structure provides a wallet-native platform for creating versioned automated trading strategies without coding, validating and compiling them, and evaluating them through backtests and paper deployments. Users can connect supported venue accounts and operate live deployments while retaining control of their funds through trading-only permissions. The product supports strategy logic, state machines, target positions, real-time market data, monitoring, and execution on supported Web3 venues.

About the Role
You will execute core operational activities and own end-to-end processes to keep the business running smoothly. You will build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, templates, and workflows, track operational KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions. You will support tooling and data quality in CRM/ERP/helpdesk systems, propose automations and integrations, manage operational projects with clear timelines, and act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Office Operations, Supply/Logistics Ops, Customer Ops, or a similar role
- Strong process mindset and ability to create structured workflows and playbooks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive or time-critical work
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with ability to interpret data and present insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to coordinate across teams
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Experience in high-growth environments or shared services is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Notion, Confluence, Linear, Zapier, or Make is a plus
- Ability to leverage AI tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and execute key operational processes end-to-end
