About the Role

You will keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across office operations, recruiting logistics, and executive support. You will manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate events and food service, support an office move, schedule interviews and onboarding, maintain recruiting systems, and manage cofounder calendars and ad hoc requests.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day office operations
• Manage inventory, laptop procurement, repairs, and replacements
• Plan and deliver team events
• Manage the guest experience
• Coordinate daily team meals and maintain snack and drink supplies
• Support office-move logistics and administration
• Schedule interviews and coordinate on-site recruiting
• Maintain recruiting systems
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• Manage cofounder calendars
• Schedule business dinners as needed
• Handle ad hoc requests
