About the Role
Handle day-to-day service operations for domestic and international crypto asset services, including wallet and exchange management, customer management, workflow improvement, new business initiatives, and investigation of operational flows arising from customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Work experience in middle office functions within the financial industry
- Strong communication skills, including negotiation and coordination with external service vendors
- General PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluent Japanese
- Knowledge of the crypto asset industry and related products
- Basic programming experience
- Business-level English
- Proactive and able to take initiative
