About the Role

You will monitor robotic fleet health, activity, task execution, and workflows to maximize uptime and performance. You will troubleshoot and repair robots, analyze operational data, validate product performance, communicate issues and priorities, and improve procedures for deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with warehouse picking workflows, labor management, and productivity metrics.
  • Hands-on hardware or software troubleshooting experience, or strong technical aptitude.
  • Analytical ability to translate data into operational improvements.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous deployment environments.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Willingness to work onsite daily at customer locations.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs and frequently bend, stoop, lift, walk, and reach.
  • English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor robotic fleet health, robot activity, task execution, and workflows.
  • Manage and optimize workflows to achieve throughput targets and operational KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite.
  • Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis.
  • Provide structured feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases.
  • Analyze operational data and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Liaise between customer operations and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures, best practices, and deployment playbooks.
