About the Role
You will respond to employee hardware and software support issues, troubleshoot enterprise AI applications, and use AI productivity tools to improve help-desk work. You will configure workstations and applications, manage user accounts, update IT inventory, and complete related support duties.
Requirements
- Currently enroll in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology or a similar field
- Have troubleshooting experience and knowledge of basic networking concepts and Windows OS
- Understand generative AI concepts
- Demonstrate customer service and hardware knowledge
- Lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Respond to employee hardware and software support issues
- Use AI productivity tools to troubleshoot issues and research solutions
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise AI applications and features
- Set up, configure, and install workstations and monitors
- Install and configure applications
- Set up and remove user accounts
- Track and update IT inventory
- Perform related duties as assigned
